Shipping policy:
We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Virginia or Washington addresses. If you live in one of these states please contact us (scott@forsippingonly.com) and we will research whether there is another way to safely and legally get you our product. We make every effort to make sure our products are shipped to you by retailers who can legally ship within your state, but shipping policies for spirits vary state to state, county to county, and are constantly changing. It is your responsibility to make sure it is legal for us to ship spirits to your location. You must also familiarize yourselves with the sales and use taxes of your particular state or county and claim any use or pay any taxes in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. We ship by insured Common Carrier. You must be 21 to buy our alcohol products. We only ship to business addresses as someone over 21 has to be present to sign for the package. Delivery will not be made if the signer appears intoxicated. If someone is not always available at your business address we can ship to a carrier office near you where your package can be picked up and signed for by someone over 21. Ground shipping is included. Sales void where prohibited by law.
Return policy:
We designed a custom shipper with plank foam inserts that never allow the bottle to come in contact with the sides of the box. We use tight corks with a hard wax seal, and ship sealed in plastic. We generally do not ship during hot summer months to avoid accidental expansion and leakage. As a result we expect very few damaged or leaking bottles, but cannot guarantee it will never happen. If you receive a broken or badly leaking bottle, please contact us immediately before you return it to us. We do not allow returns of opened bottles.
Cost to join:
If you are one of the first 250 members, it is free to join. By joining you agree to buy one bottle of each edition as it is released. Each edition is $150, shipping included. Once the club is sold out and we have a waiting list, vacated memberships will be auctioned to the waiting list, with the auction proceeds directed to The Wisdom Archive, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, as a tax-deductible donation on your part.
To leave the club:
Send an email to: scott@forsippingonly.com at least one week prior to a new edition shipping date and we will cancel your membership. Cancellations received after a new edition has shipped will not be refunded.
If you would like to join the club, we need to first research whether we are able to ship to you. Please fill out the following information and hit submit. Assuming all looks good, we will email you a link and password to join the club within a few days.
